These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of cleaning services provided by LV Cleaning Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) in Adelaide, South Australia. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, end-of-lease, spring cleaning, window cleaning, pre-sale, and office cleaning.
Services are tailored to your booking request and confirmed quote.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings may be made via our website, email, or phone.
All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment is required at or before the time of service (unless otherwise agreed).
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for services not included in the original quote.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost).
If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Access to Property
The client must ensure access to the property at the agreed date and time.
If cleaners are unable to access the property, a “lock-out fee” (up to the full service cost) may apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Notify us of any special instructions, fragile items, or areas requiring extra care.
Provide safe working conditions for our staff.
Pets should be secured during service.
6. Liability
We take all reasonable care to deliver high-quality services.
In rare cases of accidental damage, liability is limited to correction of the issue or the cost of service provided.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or deterioration of property/furnishings.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a return visit to address the concern where reasonable.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time and post the revised version on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
